well here it is....my first blog! Not sure how to actually go about this and whether anyone will be interested. Here goes....
I have just returned from four days in beautiful Sydney, NSW, Australia. I am ashamed to say it has been many years since I was last up there. You see, I am a country girl from central Victoria but I have been living in Melbourne for the last 18 years! Four of those were spent in London, England.
I am a professional photographer and I shoot weddings and portraits. Just love the work that I do.
I especially love taking photos of children...they have a wonderment to the world and all it holds.
And I love watching the bride take a deep breath whilst fighting back the tears and holding her dad's hand tightly as they are about to embark on the journey down the aisle...
Anyway....
Sydney, this year had the PMA trade show. A trade show for professional photographers to go and sample new products, learn new techniques and generally network within the industry. This is also where the industry awards are judged and presented. Luckily for me my husband has a team of staff in his Sydney office so he spent a couple of days working out of the office while I meandered my way around the trade show...
I have come home with a bag of goodies and a huge list of "I wants" just have to see how far my savings go.
